At RoseBabe, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original RoseBabe packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
